Our Approach to Family Law


Clients rely on our professionalism and knowledge to handle any family law issue. Because the needs of every client vary, family law practice must be versatile and flexible. We fight for what is fair and what is in our clients' best interests. If we can accomplish those objectives through negotiation, mediation or collaborative methods, we will.
Some situations require more of a fight, however. When children are involved in divorce battles and custody disputes, we strive to find solutions that satisfy the best interests of the children. With a strong background as a courtroom lawyer, Jimmy Brannon knows the system well and is not afraid to employ more aggressive tactics when necessary.
